What packages do you offer?

Currently, we recommend packages based on your plans for your wedding day.   This is to ensure you get the coverage that you want and need for the day.   Packages start from $1,999.00 for an elopement and around $3,500.00 for a Full day coverage.    Head to our information page where you'll find our package inclusion details.

Question 2

What inclusions do I get in my packages?

Please refer to our Information Page where we have a list of standard inclusions. We also offer additional add-ons including a la carte films (Ceremony Only, Speeches Film or Full Doc Edit) .   A 1-2 minute social media trailer film AND a Highlight Feature Film are a standard inclusion in our packages.

Question 3

What deposit amount is required to lock in our date?

Accepted Answer

We require a minimum $500.00 retainer deposit to secure your date with us. As dates are limited, we highly recommend locking in ASAP to secure your booking.   When we lock in your date, we turn away all other enquiries for your date and hence lose the opportunity for other bookings on this date. Your deposit amount acts as a security for your booking and hence is non-refundable. However, it is transferable if you are required to change your date (T&C Apply) or in the event of a Covid-related lockdown affecting all Perth WA Weddings. Please refer to our Covid-19 FAQ tab.   Due to the large volume of enquiries we receive on a weekly basis, from 2022 we have made the executive decision to CAP our number of bookings to 1 wedding per week, and only up to 30 weddings per year. This ensures that we can prioritise you as our client,  and get started on your trailer & full films right away, with your story being at the forefront of our minds.

Question 4

When is the balance of my chosen package due?

Accepted Answer

All package balances are due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding day. Failure the pay the balance in this timeframe will result in your booking being cancelled, with no refunds of any monies already paid. If you are having financial difficulties or require extra time, please contact us in advance so we are not chasing you for payment.

What if I have a unique wedding event?

Please contact us and advise the details of your day, and we can provide a custom quote.   We are available for travel through out WA, including Perth, South-West and North such as Broome or the Pilbara.    Interstate travel will depend on Border Restrictions so please enquire if interested.

Question 6

What happens in the event of a Covid-19 lockdown?

Accepted Answer

In the event that your booked wedding is forced to be cancelled due to Australian National or Western Australian State Rules, regulations, acts or orders issued stipulating that;      - All weddings must be cancelled in WA no matter the number of people;    then any & all monies paid by you will be held with Hailstorm & Co. for a period of up to 12 months for you to re-book your wedding at the original package price quoted.     Approvals for transfer of all monies will only be given IF WA state and/or national ordered regulations affecting WA directly cause the wedding to not be able to go ahead on the original booked date, and not because client wishes to change for any reasons, including family/friends not being able to attend from state or interstate, or change of mind. Approval will also only be granted IF Hailstorm & Co. are available on your new date - therefore, we highly recommend liaising with Hailstorm & Co. to check availability PRIOR to confirming change of date with the venue.    In the event client is eligible for a transfer of date (subject to availability), Hailstorm & Co. will hold all funds paid for a period of up to 12 months after original booking date for you to re-book your wedding in, at the same pricing as originally signed for. If client re-books the event where the new requested date is 12 or more months after the original booked event date, client will still be able to transfer all funds already paid (Subject to availability) to the new booking, however there will be a 15% package fee surcharge added.
